Amazonian Marajoara pottery  is formed by hand from terra cotta by artisans native to Marajo, Brazil, located at the mouth of the Amazon River. The rich terra cotta clay is formed by hand fired then decorated with contrasting green highlights using ancient techniques. This is a vintage piece and one-of-a-kind.
