Abuela's Rice Cup
Growing up, Kathryn spent a lot of time with her Puerto Rican grandmother who was an incredible cook. Abuela was raised, the oldest of ten siblings, on a large farm. Her mother taught her to always add an extra cup of rice to the pot when preparing a meal in case someone came along their remote road needing a meal.
This simple cup resembles Abuela's antique rice cup, which is a family heirloom and now used to scoop ingredients in the Chaplow kitchen. Enamel on steel, dishwasher safe. Available in lagoon or pink.
